8-14 Days out will receive full credit towards another date-must be used within 6 months of original booking

0-7 Days out will receive No Refund and No Credit

Groups arriving 30-60 minutes late will be charged and additional $50

Groups over 60 minutes past scheduled tour time are considered cancelled with no refund or credit.
