Tickets for the 60 Minute Tour leaving from the Visitor's Center are available through midnight before the day of your tour. Remaining tickets are available in the Visitor's Center on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the tour.

Our ticket service provider is Etix.com. Their Terms and Conditions state that no exchanges or refunds are available. Our policy is that once tickets are purchased, refunds are not available. However, we try to be as flexible as possible. If your travel plans change, simply email us and we can manually change your reservation to another date, at no charge.
When purchasing your tickets on-line, please supply a cell phone or other number where we can reach you in the unlikely event we must cancel or change the departure time of your tour. We will not use the number for any other purpose and we do not share any of your information with outside interests.
IF YOU'RE TRAVELING when making a reservation and don't have access to a printer—or if you left the tickets at home—don't worry!! We will have your names on the manifest. Just be prepared to show an ID.
